Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer, and estimated processing times will be provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping: We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties required by their country.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Damages and Issues: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a photo of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Changes to your shipping address: If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as b3mcustomdesigns@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
